Because our products (LUT Packs) are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.
1. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be processed at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- Double purchase of the exact same product.
- Technical defect in the downloaded files that cannot be resolved.
